Shipping Information

What are the shipment charges for my order?

  • Delivery charges within the Netherlands are €4,95
  • Free delivery within the Netherlands on orders over €45,-

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we don’t ship internationally.


What is the shipping method?

Delivery to your home with PostNL.
The package deliverer will visit you between 8.30 am and 9.30 pm. If there is a chance that you are not at home yourself, you can opt for delivery to your neighbors. When the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number, with which you can track your order.


What is my order’s delivery time?

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery within 1-3 working days

Delayed delivery

If we ascertain a delivery delay, we will contact you within 3 working days.


I was not home, were is my parcel now?

If you are not home the first time, PostNL will offer the package again the next day. After the second attempt, PostNL will take your order to the nearest PostNL Parcel Point. If you do not pick up the package within 14 days at the PostNL Package Point, it will be returned.


I didn’t receive my order, what should I do now?

If their any problems with the delivery of your order, please contact CHICZ customer services.


Are prices including VAT?

Yes, all our prices are including VAT.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order without creating an account.


Can I track my order?

Once you send your order is received by PostNL you will receive a track & trace code.You can use this to view the status of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

You are not able to cancel an order once you checked out. When you have received the order, you can return it.


I have a discount code, how can I use the code on the website?

You can enter your discount code when completing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Until when can I return purchased products?

Purchased items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are no longer possible after this period.


What are the conditions regarding returns?

Products may be returned for a refund or exchange if they are unused and in their original condition. Returns/exchanges are subject to exclusions and restrictions


Are there items I can not return?

The following products cannot be returned:

  • products that are personalised, altered or otherwise made to your specification
  • perishable goods
  • beauty products and fragrances
  • certain accessories
  • certain homewares
  • any other items designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase

Do I have to pay for my returns?

Shipment risks and charges for returns lie with the purchaser. In case of product and/or delivery errors, the return charges will be paid by CHICZ.
Product and/or delivery errors should be reported to us with a description and a picture within 3 days of delivery.
