What are the shipment charges for my order?
- Delivery charges within the Netherlands are €4,95
- Free delivery within the Netherlands on orders over €45,-
- Delivery charges to Belgium and Germany are € 7,95
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we don’t ship to other countries other than Belgium and Germany.
What is the shipping method?
Delivery to your home with PostNL.
The package deliverer will visit you between 8.30 am and 21.30 pm. If there is a chance that you are not at home yourself, you can opt for delivery to your neighbors. When the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number, with which you can track your order.
What is my order’s delivery time?
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

If we ascertain a delivery delay, we will contact you within 3 working days.
I was not home, were is my parcel now?
If you are not home the first time, PostNL will offer the package again the next day. After the second attempt, PostNL will take your order to the nearest PostNL Parcel Point. If you do not pick up the package within 14 days at the PostNL Package Point, it will be returned.
I didn’t receive my order, what should I do now?
If their any problems with the delivery of your order, please contact CHICZ customer services.
